Join the Riverbend Down Syndrome Association for day of fun and celebrating individuals with Down syndrome. We will have a 1½ mile Buddy Walk® through the beautiful Gardens at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
The Buddy Walk® is free for teams and their families and friends.
This event will have food, music, dancing, prizes, bounce houses, horseback riding and much more!
All money raised for the RDSA Buddy Walk® will go toward supporting the programs and services we provide including iCan Shine (formerly, Lose The Training Wheels) bike camp scholarships, Kindermusik classes, horseback riding camp, Waterbabies swimming classes at Lewis & Clark Community College and YMCA's, dance classes, water ski class, art and pottery classes, plus our annual holiday dance party. We have monthly meetings of our member families and friends in the Southern Illinois area.

Walk Registration: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Activities and food: 10:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Buddy Walk: 11:00 a.m.
Closing: 1:00 p.m.
Clean-up: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
